BUYERS PREMIUM: Buyer shall pay a 10% Internet Purchase Fee on the "hammer price" (winning bid amount) for all online purchases. Payment in full must be made within 24 hours in the form of Cash or check, Domestic Wire Transfer with $20.00 fee, International Wire transfer with applicable fee, or Cashier’s Check. Items cannot be removed from auction site without full settlement. Stade Auction Online, LLC accepts cash, good checks (a bank letter of guarantee must accompany checks from buyers unknown to the auction company), wire transfers, certified checks, Master Card, Visa or Discover Credit Cards (4% convenience fee added for using credit/debit cards.) Maximum allowable charge on credit cards is $5000. Credit cards are not accepted for titled vehicles. Applicable State Sales Tax will be charged on all lots unless Stade Auction Online, LLC is provided a sales tax exemption form (buyer’s premium is taxable).
VIEWING & INSPECTION: PICK UP DAY IS NOT INSPECTION DAY! All prospective buyers are informed to thoroughly inspect any item they intend to bid on PRIOR TO THE START OF THE AUCTION. This catalog and its information and pictures serve only as a guide and buyers are advised to independently verify any detail. All sales are final. Any errors made in picturing or describing items or equipment does not negate the buyer’s responsibility to pay their invoices. No allowance is made for errors in cataloging genuineness, defects, and imperfections not noted. It is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure each item meets their needs and requirements before placing any bids. BIDDING: All bidding will be online/internet only and a valid credit card (Master Card, Visa or Discover accepted) is required at registration. A bid is a legal binding contract between you and Stade Auction Online, LLC.
Lots close at a rate of 2 lots every 60 seconds. This is a SOFT CLOSE AUCTION w/AUTO-EXTEND FEATURE-meaning if anyone places a bid on a lot within the last 4 minutes prior to the lot closing, the bidding is extended an additional 4 minutes. The bidding will extend in 4 minute increments from the time the last bid is placed until there are not more bids and the lot sits idle for 4 minutes. Stade Auction Online, LLC reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any reason.
When you place a MAX BID the current bid price does not automatically go to your entered max bid. The computer will automatically bid up to your max in the increments specified as other bidders place bids. In the event of a lot with a reserve, your max can bid against the reserve price. A RESERVE is the confidential, minimum price, which a lot will be sold. Some lots in the sale are subject to a reserve. Reserves are agreed upon with the consignor/owner/seller.
Bidder acknowledges and understands that this is an online/internet bidding platform. Under no circumstances shall bidder have any kind of claim again Stade Auction Online, LLC, the seller or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly or for any computer interruptions. Stade Auction Online, LLC will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Stade Auction Online, LLC reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog any item on this auction.

If payment is not received by the end of the scheduled pick up, and no communication has been made from buyer, Stade Auction Online, LLC will charge the card on file for the total invoice amount due plus the 4% convenience fee, and a $30 late fee. Upon default, the bidder will be terminated from bidding in any future auctions at Stade Auction Online, LLC.
Buyer is obligated to remove all purchased items from the auction site within the check-out period specified. Additional arrangements for pick-up must have PRIOR APPROVAL - CALL (920) 674-5500 for arrangements.
Failure to pick up purchases will result in additional fees. Storage fees of $20 per day begin 3 days after the auction unless other arrangements have been agreed upon. Any items that are not picked up within 10 days are considered to be abandoned and become property of Stade Auction Online, LLC. No refund will be given and buyer is responsible for all storage fees.
Individuals collecting purchased lots on behalf of buyers must present a “Paid” invoice at pick-up. Customers are responsible for acquiring and loading their item(s) into their vehicles. WE DO NOT SHIP ANY ITEMS – NONE.
Should a dispute arise between Stade Auction Online, LLC and bidder, Bidder waives any right to a trial or hearing in a court of law and agrees to settle the dispute through arbitration in Jefferson County, WI. All arbitration fees will be split equally between both parties. Bidder further agrees that under no circumstance will he/she initiate a charge back on his/her credit card. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase for refund.
