After 24 years serving the Johnsburg area, Quality Tire Service has closed and is dispersing all remaining shop equipment and inventory. Featuring:  1971 Ford F-250 Shop Truck, A huge selection of tires & rims-new, good/used, all sizes and brands, some sets, some singles, some large lots. Car hoists; waste oil heating system, tire racks and carts of all sizes; mezzanine modular system; industrial machines/compressors; auto parts, testers, power units, shop supplies and much more. TERMS:10% Buyers Fee. 8.25% Illinois state sales tax.  All items are sold “As Is” and all sales are final.  Payment must be made in full within 24 hrs. of auction close.  Payment can be made at pick up day: Thursday, July 2, 2026 - 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M Accepted Form of Payment: Cash or Good Check. Credit Cards accepted with 4% convenienc.e fee added. Illinois State Sales tax rate of 8.25% applies unless exempt. Stade Auction Online, LLC must receive a signed exemption form with tax number.  (final invoice will show bid amount plus 10% buyers fee plus 8.25% sales tax plus 4% if using credit card)    Buyer is responsible for any disconnection from utilities, disassembly or lifting & loading required for larger and installed purchases. Shade trees, evergreens, shrubs, ornamental, flowering and some fruit trees.  Lots closing at the rate of 3 lots per minute. With a 3 minute auto-extend for bids during the last 3 minutes.  Payment in full must be made within 48 hours of auction close. Once payment is received, pick up will be scheduled. After 25 years in the business, the former Gathering Place Antique Shop, Oconomowoc, WI has been sold and all contents must be removed. A very large and diversified inventory of antiques and collectibles are being offered on this unique timed/online auction. Primitives; crocks; advertising items; silver plateware & service ware; vintage kitchen items; numerous amounts of glassware, painted plates and china; display cabinets, vintage furniture; books & memorabilia; beer items; toys; and much more. NOTE:   Loading will be available the day of the sale, and planting by the Roberts Nursery crew can be arranged after sale. Roberts Nursery’s friendly staff is happy to do the planting, so do not be afraid to purchase large trees! Planting and delivery (prices are approximate)—32” balls @ $125-195 each, 42-48" balls @ $185-$245 each (prices are approximate for within 10 miles of nursery and quantity)
